Frank’s Sriracha Buffalo Wings

Hot wings is one of my favorite comfort foods, no matter how messy my hands and face get when I eat them, and on those nights when I don’t feel like getting all culinary in the kitchen, I feed Breezy this for dinner. He doesn’t complain because he likes wings too. And who doesn’t like Sriracha?
What I use:
A small package of wings, washed and cut into little drummettes (be careful not to get E.Coli all over yourself)
Toss in a mixing bowl with:
garlic powder
dried basil
freshly ground black pepper
pepper flakes
low-sodium soy sauce (just a few dashes)
Arrange wings on a griddle or baking pan and bake thoroughly up to 40 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
For the sauce:
Combine about 1/4 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce, a few squeezes of Sriracha, and a teaspoon of garlic chili sauce (you can find this at the Asian food aisle in your grocery store).
Add the cooked chicken wings, toss, and serve. Pairs well with beer and homemade potato chips. Yum!
looks good.you’re getting to be a fine chef. love you.
